
This was recorded live on TikTok as a way to connect with my followers and get to know some of you better—kind of like an experiment. My husband joined me, keeping the conversation going throughout the show. Cooking is my passion, but talking? Not so much! Still, I really enjoyed cooking live; it was a fun change from my usual solo kitchen time. I plan on going live more often to share some of my life experiences with you. The idea to make Chipotle Chicken came from a YouTube video. My husband and I love chipotle, so I thought it would be the perfect recipe to try for my first live show. Below, I’ve listed the ingredients I used for both the rice and chicken. I kept the veggies simple, but feel free to add black or refried beans. Personally, I love my burrito with hot salsa, sautéed onions, and peppers, but you can customize it however you like. Chipotle Chicken Recipe: (Marinate for a day)
- Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbsp of Avocado oil
- Can of Adobo peppers
- 2 tbsp of Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp of Salt
Chipotle Rice:
- White Rice
- Cilantro
- Lime juice
- 2 Tbls Avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
