I’ve mostly used my Combi to air fry, and I must say it does a great job with chicken wings. They come out crispy and delicious in a matter of minutes. I set the temperature to 425 degrees and cook for about 15 minutes. Roasting vegetables is quick and easy, too! I drizzle some broccoli with avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and use the broil function until they’re nicely roasted. I must admit, I haven’t cooked two different things at the same time yet. The Combi is designed for that, but I prefer to focus on making one thing at a time. The Combi cooks so quickly that you can still get a fast meal even if you’re like me and prefer to focus on one dish at a time.
